NEGATIVE MARK HOLDERS CANNOT BE INCLUDED IN THE RANKLIST
The government has discarded their new policy to include negative mark holders in the rankllist. It is due to the opposition suffered from the meeting. A cut off mark of 10 will needed to enter into the ranklist.
