Applications are invited for the Entrance Examinations for admission to the following
Degree Courses in various Professional Colleges in the State for the year 2015-16.
(a) Medical (i) MBBS (ii) BDS (iii) BHMS (iv) BAMS (v) BSMS
(b) Agriculture (i) BSc. (Hons.) Agriculture (ii) BSc. (Hons.) Forestry
(c) Veterinary BVSc. & AH
(d) Fisheries BFSc.
(e) Engineering B.Tech. [including B.Tech. (Agri. Engg.), B.Tech. (Food Engg.)
(f) Architecture B.Arch. (No Entrance Examination. Admission is based on merit
as assessed by equal weightage to NATA Score and
marks/grades in the Qualifying Examination)
Candidates satisfying the eligibility conditions as laid down in the Prospectus and who
seek admission to all the above mentioned courses have to apply online on the website of
the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations www.cee.kerala.gov.in from 10 January
2015 to 3 February 2015.
(a) Online submission of application is required to apply for the Entrance Examination for
admission to all the courses (Medical, Engineering and Architecture). If a candidate
submits more than one application his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled.
(b) All candidates are required to apply online through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in
for the Entrance Examination for admission to Medical, Agriculture, Veterinary, Fisheries,
Engineering and Architecture Courses.
(c) Application Fee:
General candidates - Rs.1000/-
SC/ST candidates - Rs.500/-
4 Candidate can pay application fee in either of the two following methods:
(i)Security Card: Security Card, Prospectus and an envelope can be obtained from
selected Post Offices in Kerala and outside the State, on payment of the prescribed fee
(Rs.1000/-for General & Rs.500/- for SC/ST as the case may be), by cash. List of Post
Offices that issue Security cards and Prospectus is appended to this notification. Security
card will not be available at the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
The Security card consists of a KEY NUMBER, which is inside the Security panel and not
visible before scratching the silver panel. There is a Serial Number on each Security card.
The Key number and Serial Number are unique and are required for filling up of
payment details in the online application.
(ii)Demand Draft: Application fee can be paid by way of Demand Draft (DD) drawn on a
Nationalized/Scheduled Bank, in favour of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations,
payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
Note:- Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates whose annual family income is below Rs.40,000/-
can have Security Card, Prospectus and Envelope free of cost from the District
Offices of the Scheduled Tribes Development Department on production of
Community Certificate and Income Certificate.
(d) Security Card Distribution Centres: The Security Card, Prospectus and Envelope bearing
the address of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations will be distributed from
09.01.2015 to 03.02.2015 through selected branches of Post Offices in Kerala and outside
the State. The amount towards the fee of application is to be remitted in cash at the
Post Offices.
(e)Candidates opting DUBAI (UAE) as the Centre for Entrance Examination: Candidates,
who choose ‘DUBAI’ as their centre for Entrance Examinations, should submit along with
their printout of the application, a Demand Draft for Rs.12,000/- (Rupees Twelve
Thousand only), drawn on a Nationalized Bank in favour of the 'Commissioner for
Entrance Examinations' payable at Thiruvananthapuram. Those applying online should
enclose Demand Drafts for Rs.1000/- as Application fee and Rs.12,000/- as centre fee.
The candidates opting Dubai centre should note that the examinations are conducted as
per Indian Standard Time (IST).
5. Last date and time for receipt of the Printout of the Application:
The Printout of the Application and other relevant documents, to be submitted with the
Application, are to be enclosed and sent in the printed envelope bearing the address of
the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, supplied along with the Prospectus, so
as to reach him before 5 p.m. on 04.02.2015 (Wednesday), by Hand
Delivery/Registered Post/Speed Post. Completed Applications will be received in the
Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations on holidays also.
6. Belated Applications: Belated applications will be rejected. Candidates are therefore
advised to apply well in advance. The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations will not be
responsible for any postal delay.
7. Nativity Proof & Course Certificate: All the applicants should attach the proof for
Nativity and original Course Certificate/copy of mark list (as applicable) along with the
printout of the application. The Course Certificate is to be obtained in the prescribed
format available along with the Printout of Application.
8. Incomplete or defective applications will be summarily REJECTED and no correspondence
will be entertained in this regard.
9. Admit Card: The Admit Cards of Entrance Examinations can be downloaded from the
website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from 23.03.2015. The printout of the admit card thus
obtained will have to be produced at the time of examination. Admit Cards will not be
sent by post from this office to the candidate.
10. The Entrance Examinations and the subsequent allotments will be based on the various
provisions laid down in the Prospectus approved by the Government. Prospectus for the
5KEAM Entrance Examinations 2015 is available on the website of the Commissioner for
Entrance Examinations, “www.cee-kerala.org”. Candidates are requested to go through
the various provisions in the Prospectus before submitting their applications.
