Certificates regarding the physical standards/fitness prescribed may be obtained from a Medical Officer in service not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon in the concerned.

Students which get allotment in any of the keam allotments can cancel their allotment.Those Students who cancel the allotment will be out of the furthur keam allotment process. KEAM 2014 SECOND PHASE OPTION REGISTRATION

Online option for Kerala engineering agricultureexaminations

The candidates who have Engineering,Medical, and Architecture Rankcan the options.

Candidate should read clause 11.4 and 11.5 before register their options.

 KEAM Option Registration 2014 Last Date  – 17 July 2014 (5 PM).


The allotment  in this phase will be published on 19th July 2014.
Those candidates who receive allotment can remit the  Tuition Fee /Token Amount in selected branches of State Bank of Travancore on 26th June to 3rd July 2014 .

Those who do not remit fee in the specified time will lose their existing allotment.
Allotment to all courses will be subject to Govt. Sanction/Permission of the Apex body/Affiliation from the University
concerned.

Candidates retaining unnecessary higher options, in colleges which
they do not wish to join, will be liable to pay penalty as per Clause
12.2.4(c) of the prospectus.

KEAM 2014 SELECTED BANKS FOR FEE REMITTANCE

Here is the list of selected branches of SBT for fee remittance.Students got allotment should remit the fees on this banks on or before 3/7/2014.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT KEAM ADMISSION

Here are the list of documents to be submitted at the engineering colleges at the time of admission. 

1. Admit Card of the Entrance Examination 2014.

2. Certificate to prove date of birth.

3. Allotment Memo of this phase allotment published on 25/06/2014.

4. KEAM 2014 Datasheet.

5. Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.

6. Original mark list of the qualifying examination (Higher Secondary or equivalent) and the Pass certificate of the qualifying examination (if issued).

7. Eligibility certificate from any University in Kerala, in case of candidates who have passed a qualifying examination other than HSE/VHSE conducted by Government of Kerala or the examination conducted by CBSE and CISCE.

8. Physical Fitness Certificate in the relevant format given in Annexure XVII (a) or XVII (b) of the Prospectus.

9. Receipt of fee remitted in the Bank.

Those candidates who do not remit the fee on or before this prescribed date will lose their allotment as well as the eligibility for further allotments in all streams. Candidates allotted to MBBS / BDS have to join the respective colleges between 27.06.2014 and 03.07.2014. The schedule of allotment to all other courses will be notified by the CEE soon.

KEAM 2014 TRIAL ALLOTMENT RESULTS

The trial allotment for the admission to professional courses under KEAM  published on June 20. The trial allotment would help the students to get a good idea on their positions, including the course and college they could get. Click the link given below to get your keam trial allotment results .

The trial allotment is published based on the options registered till a specific time. The Commissioner for Entrance Examination will also publish the general last rank for each category, course and college. Based on this, the students will be able to make changes in their options. Those who have failed to register some options but will be able to get the seat as per the trial allotment can make the necessary changes in their option registration. 

However, it should be noted that the trial allotment is only for general reference and the students need not pay the fee or take admission in the colleges based on this. The CEE has not yet notified the time until which the options registered would be taken for preparing the trial allotment. Hence, the students can register the options as soon as possible and hence, can know their positions once the trial allotment is published. 

The option registration facility will be closed on June 23 by 5 pm and the first allotment will take place on June 25.

KEAM 2014 SCHEDULE PUBLISHED

KEAM 2014 MARK ENTRY

The candidates who have qualified in the Engineering Entrance Examination of KEAM 2014 can now submit their plus two marks.It is mandatory to submit the marks for the preparation of engineering ranklist 2014.

Procedures for submitting mark data

1. Visit www.cee.kerala.gov.in for submitting mark of qualifying examination.

2. Login to candidate's home page by using Roll Number, Application Number, Key Number and Password.

3. Press 'Enter Qualifying Exam Board Details' button available in the home page.

4. Select Year of Passing, Register Number and Board of Examination and press 'Submit' button. If the second year marks of your qualifying examination is available with CEE office, such details provided by the board will be displayed on the screen. Otherwise, the details entered by the candidate are displayed. Verify all the details on the screen. If not correct, you can change the details at this stage.

5. If the board details shown in the screen are correct, go to Home page and press 'Enter Qualifying Exam Mark for Engg Rank' button for entering the marks.

6. If your second year mark available with this office, the marks provided by the board will be automatically populated on the screen. In such case, mark entry need not be made again.The marks displayed should be verified with your original mark sheet and if found correct,press 'I Agree and Submit' button. If any changes in the mark details are required, press 'Edit' button.

7. After pressing 'I Agree and Submit' button, the submitted mark data will be displayed once again on the screen. Verify all the details with your original mark sheet once more and finalize the online mark data submission by pressing 'Print and Finalise Mark Data'. Any mistake in the mark entry is liable to result in denial of your engineering rank. So great care should be taken for mark submission

8.Printout of Mark Data Sheet duly signed by the candidate along with the attested copy of the mark list should be sent to the office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examination before the last date.
